While they are expensive, there's a beautiful finish that takes a long time. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because of the edge, there were burrs that I had to use my honing stone and stropping to give them an edge worth their steel. I highly recommend them nevertheless, as long as you have the tools to sharpen CPM Magna cut steel.
