This filter "upgrade" works much better than the two circular filters. Easier to install for sure BUT the fit could be better engineered. The filter impedes on one of the main wires and dies not seat well.....

I am not super happy with the product. I searched for 9 months, to find the correct filters for my model hood....to no avail. Just recent I discovered the complete change of size, shape and dimensions. 1st.....there were NO instructions on how to install it. 2nd....after 30 minutes, of trying to figure it out, I discovered just how it fit. 3rd....the filter had to be modified to fit over the two LED power lines because the filter wasn't cut correctly to fit around the cables.

Haven't used these yet as we are renovating our kitchen but they are easy to install in the hood.
