I wear a left eye patch in public and my "click it" readers don't fit as well. Since I only have a right eye (I am not a pirate) I thought I would try a monocle. It is not that easy to find in the states. The Monocle Madness website was very helpful and the 2X Reader monocle I ordered has proved the perfect solution. It also provides a bit of panache in a terminal situation.

I wanted a monocle to help read directions on my watch, while trail running at night. It's much smaller than glasses, so easier to store and use.
Really pleased with it
