I’ve literally tried so many meal prep companies around NJ, and after a year, I finally decided to give NJ Gourmet a try. Honestly, I’m really happy with both their service and their food. One of the biggest problems I kept having with other meal prep companies was that the macros were either incorrect or way off from what was actually in the meals. This is super important to me because I’ve been meal prepping for years, weighing my food, and tracking my macros very seriously. Accuracy matters, and with NJ Gourmet, I feel like the macros are actually balanced and reliable. Another issue I always had with other companies was portion sizes. Usually, the protein portion would be decent, but when it came to vegetables, it was always too little or barely there. Most places would just add more carbs to make the meal seem fuller. I need balanced meals with the right amount of protein, vegetables, and carbs and NJ Gourmet really delivers that. Their menu feels balanced across the board, and I honestly hope they never change that. I also love that they accommodate my meal preferences. I’ve been trying to focus more on complex carbs, and they’ve been able to fit that perfectly into my meals. That flexibility makes a huge difference for me. I honestly see myself sticking with this meal prep company long-term. It’s so convenient being able to pick up my meals instead of spending hours meal prepping at home. On top of that, their customer service is always friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, NJ Gourmet has been one of the few meal prep companies that actually meets my standards, and I’m really glad I finally gave them a try.

Thank you to all the chefs and drivers at NJ Gourmet. Rain, shine, and snow we had meals while our home was under construction. During that time we always knew we could come home to a wonderful meal in 2 minutes or less. We still can't believe how delicious microwaved meals can be.
