It was only recent that I've tried the ordered rock fish, I was holding off cooking them until I had company to enjoy it, I got tired of waiting and decided to cook one filet and I enjoyed it very much. When I run out, I'll keep your company in mind.

Good rockfish

The rockfish is good. I purchased it as part of my husband’s birthday gift. We went to Alaska in 2021 and he absolutely loved the rockfish! Now I just need to find some good recipes. I pan seared the first fillets, now I want to try something different.

Not as good as Tilapia

We love it when we could get some Tilapia from you. We tried the Rockfish, but its just a bit more fishy tasting and was not as enjoyable.
