Challenging but Really Cute!

I bought this pattern to make Wednesday a proper school uniform and... it's for advanced sewers since it's challenging, but the result is super cute! I recommend going slowly, hand-sewing, and using fray block on the collar, so it doesn't fray away as you try to tuck it under. It gets easier once you've done one. (I found out the front was uneven when I got it finished, so the next time I used the pattern, I didn't sew along the front bottom edge, just tucked under the lining and sewed it all even.) First time I did the jacket, it took me about 5 hours. Second jacket, 4 hours. Third jacket, 3 hours. Pairs up nicely with the basic skirt pattern. Thanks for these! It makes sewing for MH dolls a lot easier!

I really like the pants and jacket from this pattern set. I did struggle with the collar on the jacket, so I'd say it's one of the more difficult patterns I've done, but that would vary depending on what you have trouble with I think. I already, usually, have trouble with collars. It looked nice once I figured out where I went wrong though, and I'm very happy with this pattern.
