Motor replacement

The motor on our pitching machine went out exactly a year after purchase. At first, we were unsure what part of the pitching machine malfunctioned so we were sent a new chip for the mother board, a new control box, and then a new motor. Hey Bata was very responsive (Customer Service and Tech team) and called/sent out the new parts the same day. We were even walked through and given written instructions on how to replace the parts. Once we replaced the motor, it started working like brand new. We believe our pitching machine is very high quality and would recommend this company and their products. They stand behind their word and their warranties!
