Painless return
I purchases 2 pairs of glasses. Unfortunately one was too small. The return process was quick and easy and I received a full refund. I'm quite happy with the other lenses. I had a hard time finding an attractive frame, I had hoped the frames would look better in person than online. Not so. My fault for trying to make something work that I didn't like that much. Renee and team have been wonderful throughout.
