Concho Earrings

Never received

I was planning to wear these earrings on my wedding weekend and saved up for a long time to order them. They shipped them on a fairly timely basis, but unfortunately there was a problem with the shipping and handling and the parcel has been lost. I understand this is out of their control, but no concerted effort has been made whatsoever to rectify the problem. I placed the order in February dry and it is now nearly the end of May and they’ve done nothing to ensure I get reimbursed or that I receive the earrings. This is greatly disappointing — I sincerely feel I’ve been stolen from. This is my first time leaving a public review but feel it is necessary when I’ve paid nearly 200 euros for an item that I clearly will not receive or be reimbursed for. I’m quite sad as well that I won’t get to wear these on my wedding weekend as I’ve been dreaming of including them in my look for literally years. I’m deeply disappointed and will be making a claim as the company clearly has every intention of taking my money for jewelry I’ll never receive.
