Maple Syrup - Plastic Jug

The actual product is great. But my experience with their customer service is very disappointing. In previous years, I have placed an online order for pickup. You have to set an appointment time to pick up, but getting a hold of someone to make the appointment is nearly impossible. Then even when you make an appointment, my experience has been that you show up, and it looks like a ghost town, and you struggle to find anyone to let them know that you have an appointment. So this year, I ordered for delivery, hoping to avoid all that. I recieved my order confirmation email, but was given no estimated delivery date. 9 business days later, I had still recieved no further communication and was preparing to reach out when the syrup arrived. I am glad my syrup arrived, but to wait almost 2 full business weeks with no idea of when your order can be expected? A simple estimated delivery date would go a long way, but one too many poor experiences means I will likely go elsewhere next time.
