Flavor vs filter time
Black Ink Sumatra, like every one of their coffees, is tremendous in flavor. We brew by the pour over method and it does take a bit longer due to the filter clogging. To combat this I prefer, and usually ask for, a slightly coarser grind. It speeds up the brew and does not sacrifice on the flavor.
