Ginger Dry Extract

Expensive

The extract is very strong and I use it as a shot in warm water. I was under the mishaprehension that I was ordering a jar… as the photo showed. It was a tiny pouch of extract in a plastic wallet that arrived. £15 is a lot of money for 15ml of ginger powder. I won’t say it didn’t work as I’ve not used much, but I was thinking I’d get a jar so be aware folks

I really like this product. It has a fresh, warming taste. I've used it in natural yogurt, forage and lemon and ginger honey drink.

Love this product!

Before trying this I would not have thought I was a big fan of ginger, unless in a cake or oriental dish. I’ve tried adding grated fresh ginger to smoothies etc, but such a pain to sort. This extract tastes so fresh ! Is convenient to use and to store. A little bit goes a long way, it’s soluble so can be added to so many things. (I add it fresh fruit & Greek yogurt every morning). Great way to start the day 😉
