Ultimate Pads

These pads are not half the thickness of the original ultimate. I have been using your ultimate pads for years and they were the best I could find. Also I feel I should have to pay for the new pads when I wasn’t told they had changed distributors and they were much less absorbent. I didn’t know until I got them and tried using them only to find they were very inferior to the ones I had been using. Now I have to find another pad that works for me which I had a hard time finding yours which kept me dry.

Not ultimate any more!

I have been so happy with the ultimate pads for several years. Unfortunately, I was sent long pads, but they were very thin. I managed to get one of the 6 bags used, but they were nothing like the ultimate pads I ordered . I just received the new shipment but they are the same as I got last time. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford the losses. If you could send me the ultimate pads instead, I'd be very grateful. If not, I want to stop my subscription and I'll never order from nexwear again.

Big disappointment

This last shipment was nothing like pads I’ve received in the past. About half as thick. Half as absorbent. Can’t rely on them at all. Perhaps I was sent the wrong order but the package does say ultimate. I’m shopping around for a new source.
