Unreachable if You Need Assistance - ANYONE OUT THERE?!

Been trying to reach them since I received my order regarding an error I made when placing my order. Reached out as soon as I received it, because I wanted to make sure I was within the shop's 30 day return policy stated on their page. Since I live in the US, I know return postage will be costly, but more importantly, I'm well aware of how long it will take to reach the company. I've emailed the address under the contact info, used the websites contact form, called the phone number provided (it goes to "International Door Systems, so isn't correct), and even reached out on Instagram to both accounts. I've heard nothing back... I know this is a small (probably one person business), but I'm worried about being able to exchange my product for what I need within the requested time period due to a lack of response from the seller. Is anyone out there???

I ordered multiple colors and a Venom cover. The kids love them and really enjoy having different colors to choose from. Very cute and fun!
