I love it! And I've had so many compliments! With the different colour shells underneath it you can coordinate with your outfit. A great quality piece of sensor jewellery and such a fabulous idea! I can't wait to see future designs!

Bad, I want a refund or a replacement

Dear Caljewellery team, I am unfortunately very disappointed with my Diabetic Armour. While I absolutely love the design and the concept behind it, the quality and functionality of the product I received do not seem to match the price. The instructions are clear, but unfortunately the process of removing the armour from the shell is extremely difficult. I followed the instructions carefully, yet I have already scuffed both of my shells within the first day of receiving the package. The armour itself also bent when I tried to remove it from the shell. There is also an issue when putting the armour and shell onto my sensor. I have to push the sensor into my arm with considerable force in order to get everything into place, which is painful and makes me uncomfortable using the product. I don't feel that I should have to apply that much pressure to my sensor or arm just to put the armour on. I understand that the armour is meant to be changed between shells, but I cannot do this without considerable force, breaking my nails, and potentially damaging the product every time. This makes the product very difficult and, in some cases, painful for me to use as intended. I have also noticed that the printed shells are already beginning to come apart on the inside around the rim, despite only having opened the package today. I really do love the idea and the design, which is why this is especially disappointing. This was a significant purchase for me, and I expected the quality, functionality, and ease of use to reflect the price. I would therefore like to discuss the possibility of a return and refund. Alternatively, if the issues I am experiencing are not representative of your usual products, I would be happy to consider a replacement that functions as intended. I want to emphasize that I do understand the instructions and have followed them correctly. The issue is that removing the armour from the shell is extremely difficult, and putting the armour and shell onto my sensor requires enough force that it causes pain and discomfort.
