Received the wrong item and can’t get a response

We’ve been a happy customer of these collars for years and recently ordered a new one but received one with a buckle instead of nightingale only. My dog can’t wear the buckle so we can’t use it. I’ve emailed twice with no response. Would love to get the correct one ASAP!!

Great quality, super cute - we've not been able to find cute Martingale collars anywhere for our Basset. Now she looks adorable in her 'Banana' collar and it's her favourite treat!
