Honeydew Special
Especially good flavor. So unlike the usual floral honeys. Loved it on plain Greek yogurt.

Unique Flavor - Fun Change of Pace
I bought this along with the buckthorn, basswood, dandelion, and savory spring to compare and contrast--the best way to appreciate them!--and this one is fun! The descriptor "dried fruit" feels accurate (made me think of dried apricots), and the finish is almost similar to the buckthorn in my opinion (though less strong)--leans savory. I could see this being awesome used in baking dishes that have more warm spices, as I could see this standing up to whatever application you use it in. Super tasty!

Extraordinary
People on YouTube say that honey dew honey does not taste like honey. I think it tastes like a top shelf honey. We try honey from all over the world. This is truly exceptional! All of Ames honey is amazing, to be frank. This is so worth experiencing and will forever be on our home menu now!
