my print originally came in all crumpled and wrinkled and I was super disappointed about it. I emailed the team and they were super responsive and understanding. they sent me a brand new one. he is so lovingly placed in my living overseeing the guests who come to visit :) 10/10 will be buying more pieces in the future!
