This is a game changer for my long runs.
No more hitting the wall , it provides me with a level and sustained energy source throughout my run.
Very easy to take, no gastro issues.
I will never again do a long run without this product.

Speed dust does what it says on the package!!!! I feel naturally fuelled for my runs. No spikes or crashes with gels that I have used before. I absolutely love it!!!

Amazing product- I use it to fuel my long runs when I don’t have time to eat before my run.
My legs just don’t fatigue- my runs are more productive and comfortable. It’s fast releasing, tastes amazing and the bottle is a perfect size for my run vest. Will definitely be buying this again for the foreseeable future. Great product
