As with anything new you put in your shoe, it takes some getting used to. First time hiking in them the arch felt like a big lump in my shoe and my toes felt a little squished. But, after hiking several miles in them, I find them comfortable and they seem to take a lot of pressure off my feet. My feet feel great even after a 10 mile hike.

Pleasantly surprised how comfortable these insoles felt. I just got back from LOTs of hiking in Costa Rica and these were all day all terrain comfortable! I was even hapoy wirh the material as one day we had to walk through some rivers and they dried out quick and stayed just as comfortable. I would recommend.

I bought two pairs of Mboo insoles for an upcoming hike on the TMB and my feet were instantly happy! Great cushioning, perfect fit. While the hike is still to come, my feet have been happy for the training.
