Pink Caffeine Collagen Eye Patch

This company is fraudulent. This picture is showing I am ordering Medicube eye patches, but that is not what was sent. Now they will not let me return without incurring the cost. I was gifting one of my favorite products; a Medicube product; not a Mirastiq product. I do not want their product and should not be charged at all! Shop needs to do a better job with who they let sell; this is pure fraud to show another company's product and then send something completely different!!!!

They sent me tbe wrong product amd then neglected to refund upon multiple requests
