Bare Sheep (undyed)

Beautiful shade of gray

I knew the undyed Mr. Darcy would be gray because of the yak fiber and was a little concerned it would be too dark for my project. It is a beautiful shade of gray! It is a medium gray as described with a rich look to it. I am combining with two skeins of purple variegated Mr Darcy from a previous purchase and this is elevating the project so the purples look more vibrant and the gray absorbs some of the loudness of the purples.

Undyed yarn

I am always extremely satisfied with all yarn I have ordered from Yarn Love :heart: this is the first time I have ordered the bare yarn, it is beautiful and soft, I just might use it the way it is, and order more to dye

Mr Darcy

I haven’t used the yarn yet as I must finish the present knitting project but the temptation is hard to ignore! The yarn is a beautiful heathery brown grey and sooo soft. Yikes I will need to hide it or throw out the other project!
