False Advertising of Return Policy!! ONLY allows pristine, unused product returns, but YOU pay return International shipping. Our aggressive chewer immediately found the zip enclosure as the spot to start a rip or tear. As per the instructions provided we had inflated the inner rubber ball to over inflated and made sure there were no wrinkles on the outer canvas. We grabbed the ball with just a small tooth puncture in the canvas. This is NOT as indestructible as advertised!! When I notified the vendor of my desire to return the balls, I was told to send them pictures, and I had to pay International shipping back to their Australian warehouse. After review of the pictures, I then received an email that because the ball was dirty and used, the manufacturer's incoming inspectors would just destroy the package as used; there would not be any way the damaged and dirty items would get to the returns department. Incoming inspection ONLY allows resellable product thru for returns.

I ordered two large balls for $161.50 and 24 hours later I don't have anything. One of the balls had a zipper to break within five minutes and the other was deflated within 24 hours. It's a great idea though. My German Shepherd loved it while it lasted. I suppose I will find one more durable elsewhere. Don't waste your money on this one.

I was so intrigued about this product. Excited that it would out last my snoopy's fangs!! But that's a hard negative!! It did not hold up to its expectations!! Definitely not worth it!! I will say its a good product by looks and after blowing it up and getting it ready. there was a brief moment of confidence.
