Had an issue with the device and it wouldnt turn on. Support reached out to me and offfered to help fix the issue. Ended uo giving me the option for a refund or replacement for free. Supper impressed they stand behind their products and customers!

Great product use it daily and really relaxes the back. Also, very good customer service. I had an issue with the first one and they immediately replaced.

I bought two of them and one just hasn't ever worked. The other one doesn't seem to work that well.
