We thought like most people I’m sure thought pasta was the hard stuff from the shop ,end of subject and the flavour came from the sauce . Well WRONG ,your pasta has a taste and substance all of its own ,thank you for showing us the error of our ways ,we are Northern Pasta converts ,xx

A hit with the family!

I made the one pan creamy Nduja rigatoni recipe and it was delicious, all the family asked if it was a different pasta because it tasted so nice, so it’s a big yes from us!

Great Cookbook and Pasta

The Cookbook is wonderful - I have already tried several new recipes I have only given 4 stars as I was a bit disappointed that all the pasta is made with white spelt flour - I had assumed it would be at least semi-wholemeal.
