Mint Choc Chip Cake

Tasty Cake that looks good too!

Wow, this cake is light and moist, it's minty without being over powering and the crispy chocolate in between the layers adds an extra layer or flavour. We all really enjoyed this cake and would 100% recommend.

Cake arrived with all dried-ice inside box melted. The box itself was damp from the condensatulion from inside the box. The birthday cake inside became soft and moved during transit so it arrived smashes inside with chocolate sauce smeared all over inside of box. I order birthday cakes from Pattiserie Valerie 3x a year and have done so for last 15 years. This is the worst of all. Pattiseries switched from using polystyrene inside box to papet wrap which couod not preserve the coldness inside box. Also, using DPD instead of DPD local which has refrigeration may have also contributed to this disaster !!!

It was sooooo delicious. The kind of cake you could just eat and eat. Really light and not sickly like some birthday cakes. Very special!
