Great flask for races!
This flask was a great option to hold multiple gels in a recent race. It kept my hands from getting gel all over them and was easy to use.

Mouth piece doesn’t have a good mechanism.
There’s no mechanism in mouth piece to hold back a liquid gel. When opening cap of mouth piece the gel spills out when the flask is full of gel.
