Foldable Wall-Mounted Drying Rack

I will never order from this company again. The rack was poorly put together and when I tried to return it which the website says full refund returns accpeted within two weeks the company requires you to connect with their customer service to get their return address. That took over a week and they said because of shipping costs to order something else on their site for the amount vs getting a refund. They should not be able to say on tjeir website when ordering their return policy is within two weeks when they clearly don’t honor it.
