Love th watch
Customer service was 10/10. I was given a watch as a Christmas gift. But I wasn’t able to see my brother until February. So over two months has passed from purchase. I didn’t love the style. Contacted customer service and they allowed me to return the unworn watch for a equal watch or my choice! No hassle at all.
