This is the freshest white quinoa and it's not all mixed in with older unusable or unsellable seeds that I've found many other brands add to their batches to increase their profit margins & reduce their prices. You end up with a mixed result mushy & uncooked kernels/seeds. (Like Big Member only store brands)
At first I thought there may be a different A grade seed. But after researching & the examining the seeds in other brands I soon realized they were mixing old with new. This company does not do that. Every package I have purchased is fresh & cooks up perfectly. Each kernel separates & pops in your mouth fresh & tasty. And it stays that way when refrigerated. No mixed cooking results from poor quality mixed seeds & no mushy & hard kernel/seed yucky taste.
♡Thank you Viva Naturals for good quality quinoa seeds. If I had not tried your brand, I would have always thought quinoa was gross & never knew how great tasting it is. I appreciate this more than you may ever know.
