Raspberry Pistachio

I was really excited for this cookie, but unfortunately, my package was delayed and took 5 days to arrive. When it finally arrived, it was also completely damaged. The packaging was torn, leaving the cookies exposed to air, and there were crumbs at the bottom of the box. They sent me a replacement, but unfortunately, the same issue happened again. I’ve never had any problems with my previous orders, so I’m just really confused and disappointed. :(
