Product not received

I'm adding this review because it's attached to an email I received stating that the orthotics were made 14 days ago and sent to me, I just received information that they would be here on Monday, May 6th.. The company was easy to work with. Easy online ordering and accommodating reasonably priced. I will edit the review once I received the product.

Never received insoles, zero communication

Sent molds back more than a month ago. No communication of any kind. No insoles.
