Ribbed Turtleneck Shell Knitting Pattern

The patterns are incomplete and not the same as the picture shown. When I asked for help, I was told the patterns are “modernized“ versions of vintage patterns and they were unwilling to adapt the pattern to a workable version or change it to match the picture. “Details are often missing in vintage patterns” so I guess you just have to figure it out for yourself.
