Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered and paid for four rings from Indigo Lune. After a long wait, the parcel finally arrived in Spain, and I had to pay approximately €80 in customs charges on top of the cost of my order.
Customs had already informed me that the parcel appeared to contain four empty boxes. When I finally received it, that is exactly what I found: four Indigo Lune boxes and not a single ring inside.
I have photos and the customs documentation to prove it. I have contacted Indigo Lune requesting either a replacement of all four rings at no additional cost, including customs charges, or a full refund plus reimbursement of the €80 I paid. I will update this review depending on their response.

Ring is beautiful, and I loved the ability to fully customize. The quality has held up very well so far. And customer support was extremely helpful when I needed them. Would absolutely recommend!
