Great Brand!
This pillow was replacing my technogel lab series back sleeper pillow, after 4 years. I’m a side sleeper with narrow shoulders and long neck- w/ inevitable neck/shoulder pain. The back sleeper came about after an in-store fitting & was amazing. This time I wanted to try the side sleeper in same size (standard 4.5”). Sizing was perfect, and this pillow is even more amazing for side sleeping! After years of hunting and tons of other expensive pillows that failed, this line is my go-to! The coolness of gel takes a minute to get used to, but then it’s a really nice feature!

Too soft
I have an old contour pillow that was for side sleeping and the neck, I was really hoping this would replace it. It’s unfortunately too soft and I didn’t feel the neck or side support. It’s unfortunate that you don’t take refunds or exchanges.
