Very comfortable, except for the weight of the pillow which is actully very heavy. It also does give off some heat, however less than others!

Too soft, doesn't hold it's shape well so doesn't help with shoulder pain.

Best pillow and i have tried many. Right amount of support with comfort. Great for side sleeping.
