It works!
Straight forward and easy use. Would like to know the fitting threading to see about converting to ball lock.

Growl Cap - DuoTight setup for Closed Transfer
This product is unique and it works very well. I replaced the barb fitting on the cap with a second 1/4-inch flare and then attached a Red and a Yellow (Orange) carbonation cap with the appropriate DuoTight fittings to adapt the cap to a ball lock post arrangement which is what one would find on a standard corny keg. This facilitates hooking the growler up for a closed transfer to a mini-keg or to a counter pressure bottle filler. I prefer to use these over standard (cheap) 1/2 gallon growlers as they are designed to be pressure vessels where 1/2 gallon juts are not.
