Great Product - Tastes Great and Mixes Well
I ordered BCAAs after researching various products to help improve performance and/or recovery. I started lifting about about 9-10 months ago after a year of doing only cardio and changing my diet in an effort to lose weight. BCAAs are highly recommended and this brand got great reviews on a variety of fitness and retail sites. I am on auto-renew for this. I've only tried the watermelon flavor. I love the taste. I mix it in a 16 oz water bottle (I take a sip of water first to make room for the powder) and then I shake the bottle. It mixes great.
