Unfortunately, after using the product twice, it caused significant irritation on the skin on my stomach, and I now have a rash. I wish I could return the remaining patches because I do not want the product to go to waste, but it appears the refund policy only applies to unopened and unused items, which I understand. Please keep in mind that each box contains individually wrapped patches, with about five per box. I still have three unopened and unused patches remaining, in addition to the two extra boxes I purchased during the special promotion. The patches do create a warming sensation and smell pleasant. However, I cannot tell whether the product is effective since I was only able to use it twice, and I believe it is intended to be used consistently over time.

If you consistently use it you will see a difference but the best results i have if i work out at home for 30 mins after i use it, and i wear it longer than 30 mins usually until its no longer hot depending on your heat tolerance (1-3hrs)

Great product. I didnt think it would work but it seems to be working
