The item was not knitted but screen printed pattern nothing like was advertised. Their promise of a full refund fell short because their warehouse where you must return it is in Asia, so post return is at your cost, more than half of what you paid. An offer of 20% refund without returning the item is an insult. I would never deal with this group again and they still continue to false advertise the product. Buyers beware!!

I dislike the fact that this is not a knit jacket. Being a seamstress for 50 yrs, i know the difference. It is fabric with a knit pattern printed on it. The colours are not vibrant, no, not due to phone colour distortion. This is not an Australian company, melbourne.finest I will never shop or recommend you, a 1 star rating is too much. You want me to pay return postage on this item, to China, to receive a refund. The item was not as described. I'll keep it, but i've been ripped off by $64.95, a temu $10 product.

Do not buy from this company . I was expecying a knitted cardigan as pictured and teceive a thin synthetic garden printed to look like a knitted item . I am seeking a full refund of 64.00 and i will be putting it in the bin if a free return postage is not forthcoming . False advertising and terrible service
