Shadow Striker

Nice product almost didn’t fit was able to adjust it and make it fit, there is only so much wiggle room to make it a little bigger other then that I like the resistance will help in improving hand speed cordenation and timing better shadow boxing fundamentals.

The StrikeX Shadow Striker has become an essential part of my routine. I use the resistance bands during warm-ups for overspeed training to fire up my shoulders and core. Once I unhook the bands and go straight into shadowboxing, my hands feel effortlessly light and noticeably faster. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to prime their muscles and build explosive punch speed.

It’s really great to use, you definitely feel the extra retrace. It’s seems to be very good quality. My one suggestion would be to add some documentation to the box around how to set it up, what the resistance difference is between black and red band and some good beginner drills. Other than that I think the product is perfect.
