Cheese Knife

This is a lovely item. Appears well made and oozes quality. My only concern is there’s nothing on the blade that states the metal or where it was made. If it is AU10 Japanese Steel then it should be stamped as well as the knife made origin. This might be trivial to some but at £55 I think it’s warranted.

Cheesy knife

Purchased a cheese knife as I like to buy things local ish and hand made to support our craftsmen and women. Not used as yet as its a present for my wife. On arrival it was delivered in its own gift tied box along with the penney. Just love artisan works of art. Next purchase will be steak knives.
