Best dried pasta I’ve ever tasted

Northern pasta is honestly the best dried pasta that I have ever tasted. However, I do have one criticism. The cooking instructions say use boiling water that is a salty as the sea. For someone on a low sodium diet this is not good. I would really like to see something suggesting that the pasta is rinsed with boiling water for people with a low sodium tolerance. I am not sodium intolerant, but I do this as a matter of course and the pasta tastes great.

Really enjoying my 1st order. Has a proper texture and taste & holds the sauce in really well. Have eaten with more simple but tasty basic sauces. Recommend
