Difficult to get to work, don’t like having to create an account etc. the product works but average at best and nowhere near the quality expected, already in the bin

To a while to arrive as I did not realise it gets shipped from China. Much louder than I expected it to be. Turned it on in the box and could hear it quite obviously. Wrapped it in a tea towel and could still hear it vibrate. There's no way it would be as discreet as advertised. Had a look at the app for it and it takes me to a Chinese website. Haven't even downloaded the app in the end because of it. Even though I haven't used it, I can't return it due to the nature of the product (which I can appreciate) but it'll be gathering dust as I won't be using it.
