Finger holes are too small. I can barely get my fingertips into them. I’m going to try filing them out with a circular file. Other than that, it seems okay, but I can’t use it to get a real feeling for it.

Seems like it will work well for building hand strength. Adustable resistance . Well made . Somewhat slow delivery from China i guess .i got 2 but in reality one would have been fine as im only exercising one hand at a time

Wish it would show what resistance poundage-wise as you use it. And the finger strengthening tool cannot be increased/decreased either. But all around it's not a bad tool.
