Seems like it will work well for building hand strength. Adustable resistance . Well made . Somewhat slow delivery from China i guess .i got 2 but in reality one would have been fine as im only exercising one hand at a time

Wish it would show what resistance poundage-wise as you use it. And the finger strengthening tool cannot be increased/decreased either. But all around it's not a bad tool.

This is allso a great product. I like the way gives me arm pump. Definitely will add strength to my arms and hands.
