Great product, great company, great customer service!

This safe is SO cool! It is incredibly sturdy and heavy, looks really impressive. We weren’t able to find the instructions to open the safe upon receiving it and ended up having to call for help because it is so secure! Turns out there is a simple and quick trick LOL The LED lights really make it stand out. Separately, I had misunderstood the time it would take to receive the item. I bought it as a gift for my husband. Bill called me after I placed my order to discuss a reimbursement for free shipping and during that call I informed him of when I’d need the safe. I needed it within 2 weeks whereas the normal delivery time was 4-6 weeks. Again, my mistake and misunderstanding. I don’t know how he did it, but Bill got the safe to me right on time for my husband’s birthday - at no extra charge. I will definitely recommend this product and company!

Awesome display cabinet, great customer service

Had a wonderful experience with 4 cabinets from Freeman. Mr Bill was fantastic in providing me with updates and providing helpful tips on the install. Very happy with the quality and construction of these.
