The boot jack

I placed this order on April 4 and received it on May 1, so shipping took quite a long time. I also did not receive a response when I initially reached out to the company for an update. That said, both products look great. The magnetic shoehorn and the boot jack each feel sturdy and well made. I’ll need to use them over time to fully assess durability, but first impressions are very positive. Overall, I’m pleased with the items so far, but the long delay and lack of communication were disappointing.

This is a very practical solution at a reasonable price. I love it.
