Watch was partially assembled when I opened the box, screen was connexted incorrectly. I assembmed, charged, thrned it in and it boots to a white screen. Won’t go past that screen then turns off. Won’tvstay in unless plugged into power.

Came broken, took a week to get a response for the refund and i still haven't technically received it(if i even do) and the instructions were very unclear on how to assemble
