Everything I hoped for in a water gun. 5 shooting modes, 3 gaming modes, automatic pump brings water in and pumps out residual water to help maintain the gun. Awesome all around.

Its so satisfying to shoot but the tank runs out a little too fast when you are in the heat of battle. That said, its still fun to be the final boss for the kids vs their tiny water guns.

Spyra Four, good quality, but water slug range is shorter than expected
I just shot my first 2 gallons of distilled water through my new Spyra Four. It feels like a sturdy well built water rifle designed and built in Germany, which is what I expected at this priced range My Spyra Four easily fills in just 10-12 seconds, and it does not leak. In normal Open Mode each individual shot consumes 3-4% of the water, so I get 25-26 shots per refill. I also like the quick 3 shot Burst Mode. I’m disappointed that after traveling just 20 ft the slug of water opens into a blast spray that opens quickly which really limits the range I had expected. I had expected a slug of water that would travel to the advertised 35 ft before it began to open up into blast spray. The Power Mode advertized to travel 50ft does the same thing and I found it wasn’t worth waiting 5-7 seconds for the compressor to pressurize the water higher for just a a few more feet of range. I must arc all my shots fairly high to hit the advertised 35 ft and 50 ft ranges with a splash of water, rather than a slug of water! So please be aware of that!!!
