Love this product! Definitely has made a big difference already, and we just received it yesterday. Would be nice to have a travel bag to carry and clear strip of window to see how much water remains. But its definitely worth every penny....Will purchase 2 more to gift.

It was quite a wait before I receive the product but when I did... Wow! I missed having a bidet so much! I come from a country where it is the norm to have one and clean oneself with water. I've just been using a dipper and it's cumbersome! This is a game changer! Just fill up the bottle and you're good to go (just make sure the spray gun is charged). The only let down is the suction for the spray gun holder... It just doesn't work or maybe it's just mine. But saying that, now that I have it, the holder is just a minor thing!

Poorest customer service one can think of. My item was returned to the seller by the courier but I neither got a refund nor any assurance on re delivery despite providing alternate address. They use same template to answer customer queries with complete lack of human touch. Cant comment on a product that never got delivered but had worse experience ever with the customer service
